Perfect spot by the beach
They were super chill about letting us check in early. We scored a sweet upgrade with a view of Copacabana. The rooftop pool was a great place to hang out, and the breakfast blew me away with all the options—fresh fruits, breads, and more. Only thing was the elevator could get a bit slow during peak hours.

We enjoyed our stay with a stunning full ocean view from our room. The rooftop provided a fantastic atmosphere for live music and delicious food. Plus, the beach was just across the street, which made for perfect family outings. With our service dog, access was seamless.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool could use some additional family-friendly amenities. It was a bit small for our large family to fully enjoy.

Location right across from Copacabana beach is fantastic. My room had a great view of both the beach and Sugar Loaf Mountain. The rooftop pool offered stunning vistas, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast included fresh fruits and meats, but some items ran out during peak times, which was frustrating. While the room was clean and comfortable, I struggled with slow check-in, and another minor issue happened with WiFi not working for a whole day. I appreciated the help from Lopes at the front desk. he provided great restaurant recommendations. However, service from some staff members felt a bit rushed. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere but wish for a smoother experience with check-in and replenishing breakfast items.
